Mr. Croissant gets its name from the moniker Chef Nayak gained during the creation of his prized pistachio croissant. Now serving innovative masterpieces and timeless baked classics, Mr. Croissant operates in the urban development of the Hudson Valley, in Middletown, NY.

Chef Nayak’s mission is to bring an elevated culinary experience to the Hudson Valley. The cafe sources its ingredients from the highest caliber of European purveyors, and delivers batch after batch of carefully curated perfection.
